Portugal has a clear and transparent policy concerning the Transport
and Restitution.
Our aim is to attain client
satisfaction to our product selling, at which we maintain the security
and privacy of – and the guarantee on – the purchased product.
About
the transport
Excepted the orders from
clients who prefer to pick up the products in our physical shop, there
are the following transport forms, paid by the client.
The transport (delivery)
can be performed on the following two procedures:

Via DHL (Transport Service)
Your order will be delivered
via DHL within an average 48 hours after the payment has been received
to us. After the closing of your order, the transport costs will be calculated
automatically within our on-line shop. We send packages of a maximum of
30 kg each package.

Delivery via Express (Motoboy)
If you are living near our
shop (London City), you can apply the delivery on your residence via express
(Motoboy).

Selling
Area
Supermercado Portugal
delivers within the European Community and some countries in the Middle-East.
We send too to USA, Canada and Australia. The countries in which we are
selling our products will be visible on your screen during your registration
on our on-line-shop, after closing your order.
If you are living at the
outside of our selling area, you can let send the products to family or
friends who are living within our selling area. The payment form can be
realized on all sorts of payment procedures.
Restitution
and Exchange
We guarantee the quality
of our products. If any factory shortcoming, or quality deformation will
be established, as products after the tenability date, tainted products,
or with packing damages which have damaged the package contents, we guarantee
the money restitution or product exchange by means of a new delivery.
In the first instance, the
costs for sending back the defect goods, considered for exchange or restitution,
will be paid by the customer, and these costs will be paid back to the
customer as soon as we have been confirmed that the product will be qualified
by us as within the criteria called before.
